Health Guarantee

We guarantee this puppy to be free of contagious or infectious disease

and does not exhibit any signs of congenital or hereditary defect. If within

10 days of transfer this sheltie is found by a vet to be ill to the extent it is

unfit for purchase, or within 30 days this sheltie is found by a vet to suffer

from a congenital or hereditary defect to the extent it is unfit for purchase,

the buyer may exercise one of the following options:

1. Return the sheltie to the seller for a full refund of purchase price.

2. Return the sheltie to the seller for a replacement sheltie of equal

value.

3. If the problem is treatable through reasonable veterinary

procedures, the buyer may retain the sheltie and receive

reimbursement from the seller for fees incurred, not to exceed

purchase price and not to include the initial vet exam/diagnostic

test.

4. In order to exercise one of the above options, the buyer must

provide detailed certification of why this puppy is unfit from a

licensed vet. I reserve the right as the seller to have the puppy

examined by a vet of our choice for a second opinion.

5. This guarantee is for the buyer only and does not transfer

with the dog should its ownership change. The buyer also

agrees to never place this dog with a rescue or animal shelter

but to return it to the breeder. If he/she is placed in one the

previously mentioned places ownership immediately returns

to the breeder.

This puppy has been examined by a

veterinary practice and found free from all of the above.

It is still the buyer’s responsibility to have this puppy examined as soon

after transfer as possible, not to exceed 10 days.
